Rules
1. Current members must have their dues paid by the Election of
Officers Meeting, to be able to take part in Election of
Officers Meeting.
A. First time members will be eligible at the time of membership
acceptance.
2. Definition of Family Membership for dues purposes:
Family is mother, father, and dependent children 21 years old and
younger, living in the same household.
3. Members receive a year-end award based on points
accumulated throughout the year for meetings, workbees, and horseshows.

Regular Meetings 15 points
Election of Officers 25 points
Workbee 25 points
B. Points will be accumulated from Nov 1st to Oct 31st
of each year.
C. Each Performance and Gymkhana class will award one point for
each horse in the class up to a maximum
of eight points. Example: If a class has three horses there will be
three points for first place, two points for second place, and one point
for third place. Any other qualifying ride beyond the pointed placings
in the class will award the rider with 1/100th point for
record keeping purposes of class qualifiers.
D. Grand Champion Halter horses only will receive fifteen (15)
points. Reserve Champion Halter horses only will receive ten (10)
points.
E. If a member participates in Performance and Gymkhana, he or
she may receive meeting and/or workbee points in one division in
Gymkhana and one division in Performance. These points do not have to
mirror the division on both sides. The specification should be made at
the time the membership is paid. Final decision must be made by the
first show.
