Membership Rules
1. Current members must have their dues paid by October 1st to be eligible for "Active Membership".
         A.    First time members will be eligible at the time of membership acceptance.

2. Definition of FAMILY MEMBERSHIP for dues purposes: Family is mother, father, and dependant children 20 years old and younger, living in the same household.

3. Members receive a year-end award based on points accumulated throughout the year for meetings, workbees, and horse shows.
           A.    Regular meetings - 15 pts
                  Election of Officers - 25 pts
                  Workbees - 25 pts

            B.   Points will be accumulated from October 1st to September 30th of each year.

            C.   Each Halter, Performance, and Speed class will award one point for each horse in each class; up to a maximum of eight. Example: IF a class has three points, two points for second place and one point for third place.

            D.  Grand Champion halter horses will receive fifteen (15) points. Reserve Champion halter horses will receive ten (10) points.

             E.   If a member participates in Halter, English, Western, and also Speed events, he or she may only receive meeting and/or workbee points in one division and must specify which division points should be awarded at the time membership is paid. Final decisions must be made by the first show
